•

•

CRM optimization (via GoHighLevel)

A full scope of services will be outlined in your onboarding or proposal document.

3. Payment Terms

All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

•

A one-time setup fee may be charged based on your selected tier.

•

Late payments (7+ days past due) may result in service interruption.

•

No refunds will be issued once services have been rendered.

4. Guarantees & Results

We do not guarantee specific financial results, as outcomes depend on many external factors.

However, we stand by our performance and may offer a money-back or extended-service guarantee as outlined in your agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to your CRM, website, or advertising tools if applicable.

You must not interfere with or alter automations or systems without notifying us

•

You are responsible for any third-party platform compliance (e.g., SMS regulations, ad accounts).

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel anytime with 7 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.

•

If cancelling within the first 30 days and no results have been delivered, you may be eligible for a refund depending on your package terms.

7. Confidentiality

We will not share, sell, or disclose any of your business data, client information, or account credentials to any third party.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from automation delays, software outages, or third-party platform issues.

9. Modifications

NovaAgency.ai reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or portal notification.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.
