Website updates, chatbots, integrations, workflow improvements and software fixes can move directly to a scoped proposal when requirements and feasibility are understood. We agree deliverables, investment and responsibilities before starting.
Paid Discovery is for work that needs deeper investigation of workflows, users, requirements, integrations or risks. It is not required for every enquiry. A clearly defined improvement can move to a scoped implementation proposal after feasibility is checked.
Discovery engagements requiring this level of investigation typically range from €2,500 to €5,000. Scope and price are agreed first; this is not a minimum spend for every project.
For focused work, we assess feasibility and agree a written scope, investment, deliverables and responsibilities. For more complex work, paid Discovery informs the proposal. Testing, deployment and support arrangements are defined for the engagement.
One-time implementation costs are separate from recurring hosting, subscriptions, messaging or model usage and maintenance charges. These costs, support coverage and response arrangements are identified in the proposal. No unlimited or 24/7 support is implied.
